Rob Grand, General Manager

Rob Grand is an experienced entrepreneur and business manager with expertise creating, developing, and consulting with successful businesses, social enterprises, and non-profits in the Environmental and Renewable Energy sectors. Rob has served as a Director and Advisor to more than a dozen organizations including the TD Friends of the Environment Foundation, Green Enterprise Toronto, The Coalition for a Green Economy, and the LFP Foundation. Outside of the office, Rob coaches hockey, teaches skiing, paddles whitewater, hikes trails, climbs rocks, and can often be found with camping gear strapped to his touring bike.

Gareth Williams, Community Investment Coordinator

Gareth brings a broad range of skills to the ZooShare team, including a professional background in information technology. He is also committed to environmental issues, having served on a volunteer committee advising his local city council on sustainable development. He has demonstrated his commitment to a clean energy future by adding solar panels to his home and making the switch to a fully electric vehicle. He has worked in a variety of settings including Fortune 500 enterprises, public institutions and small locally owned businesses. Gareth holds a B.A. in Political Science. In his spare time Gareth enjoys camping, hiking & kayaking.

Erin Isaac, Communications Specialist

Erin is a recent graduate of the Environmental Studies program at York University. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sustainable Environmental Management with Honours and a Certificate in Cultural and Artistic Practice for Environmental and Social Justice. She previously worked as a Project Manager with the Orfe EcoArts Program and has participated in a variety of eco-art events and facilitated community-based workshops. Erin will be pursuing her master’s in conservation and urban ecology in the near future. Her other interests include hiking, camping, traveling, gardening, birdwatching, and creating sustainable artwork.
