Are you interested in running for a ZooShare Co-op Board Position?

Board Member Responsibilities Include:

  • Prepare for and attend Board meetings, quarterly or as scheduled;
  • Review documents such as co-op agreements, project plans, annual budgets and quarterly financial statements, etc.
  • Oversee the work of the co-op representatives on the Board of the joint venture with Oshawa Power
  • Leverage your skills and networks to further the goals of the co-op;
  • Advise the General Manager within your area of expertise.

Ideal experience/skills that we are looking for:

  • Legal experience
  • Fundraising/Sponsorship
  • Human Resources

Time Commitment: At least 2-3 hours per month.

Available Seats on the Board: Up to 3
